Travel to the northeastern part of Black Mountains South. Northeast of the water you will find the dungeon entrance into the Brimstone Cavern

• Speak with Anataeus inside
  • Fight your way through the Brimstone Caverns
    • Kill Abaddon
      
    • Kill Xaphan
      
    • Kill Astaroth
      
    • Kill Moloch
      
  • Return to Anataeus
    
  • Return to the King
    

you will receive 5 notes. /use each note to gain a free champion level and then talk to the King again for your free weapon.
